I so believe this +++ I now push myself more and more to ask myself better questions and I think you should to !

Quick example : Instead of leaving my focus on what’s missing from my life (I used to spend the majority of my days there !!!) -> “What do I wish to create”?

The effort is essentially the same. The perspective is completely different.
