More specifically, I wanted to address the tendency to want to isolate ourselves when we are struggling, to not seek or ask for help when we need it and the fears that are usually hidden behind this defensive inclination, and how we all gain from making a different choice.<\/em><\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
